Job Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities.
  • Measuring and monitoring vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary.
  • Observing resident conditions and reporting concerns to the nursing team.
  • Serving meals and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, keeping residents' rooms clean, and changing linens.
  • Communicating with medical staff, residents, and visitors.
  • Moving residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and repositioning them as needed.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a Certified Nursing Assistant with IntelyCare, you will need:

  • A current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with medical professionals and residents.
