Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at HW Kia of West County. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

• Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to maximize customer satisfaction scores, greet customers in an enthusiastic manner, and perform introductory walk arounds with customers in the service drive.
• Time Management: Manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment, actively listen to customers while receiving and documenting their needs and concerns, and work as a team with technicians to achieve maximum productivity.
• Communication: Effectively translate technician recommendations into a language customers can understand, develop and provide accurate time and monetary quotes for each repair, and receive payment for maintenance and repairs.
• Test Drives: Go for a test drive with customers to verify concerns when necessary.

• Exceptional Time Management Skills: Possess exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Positive Attitude and Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.
• Automotive Knowledge: Have a basic understanding of automotive technology and terminology.
• Previous Experience: Previous advisor experience is preferred, with Kia experience being a plus.
• Physical Demands: Ability to work while standing for extended hours and ability to work some Saturdays.
• Technical Skills: Effectively use computer-based software and hardware.
• Adaptability: Ability and willingness to change with the industry.
• Certifications: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
