Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Transportation Engineering sector.
- Proficiency in MicroStation, Geopak, and Corridor Modeling is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Open Roads Designer (ORD) is advantageous.
- Prior experience with NCDOT projects is preferred.
Work Environment:
