About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Southern Nevada Pathways Community Hub as Director. This is a unique opportunity to join Comagine Health, a national nonprofit health care consulting firm, and contribute to our mission of improving health and redesigning the health care delivery system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pathways Hub, ensuring adherence to certification requirements and successful execution of contracts and grants.
  • Lead business development activities to support growth and sustainability of the Pathways Hub, including engaging health plans and state agencies.
  • Represent the Hub with policymakers, health plans, state Medicaid, and other decision-makers.
  • Implement a system to ensure ongoing quality improvement through monitoring performance data and refining Pathways Hub services.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in public health, healthcare, and/or social services, with 5 years of management experience.
  • MA/MS in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of health and social care reform initiatives.
  • Experience managing programs and large-scale projects, including project planning, budget creation, and team management.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and videoconference technology.
What We Offer

Comagine Health offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $135,000, occasional out-of-state travel, and a dynamic work environment.
