Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage various loan types including purchase, refinance, construction, renovation, and land loans.
  • Compile and submit the closing documentation to the title company.
  • Prepare the finalized closing package for servicing to ensure proper loan booking in our internal servicing system upon receipt from the title company.
  • Confirm that all conditions required prior to closing have been satisfied.
  • Ensure compliance of all documents with applicable federal and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in lending, with a preference for prior mortgage experience.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with web-based software applications.
