Leading Neonatologist Wanted for Suburban Northern California Hospital

Pacific Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Neonatologist to join our team at a 300-bed hospital in suburban Northern California. Our hospital boasts a Level 3b NICU and provides excellent care to our community of over 300,000 residents.
Salary
We offer a highly competitive salary with a guarantee of $320,000+ per year, depending on experience.
Job Description
This full-time position involves caring for newborns and infants in our state-of-the-art NICU. As a Neonatologist, you will work closely with our pediatric cardiologists to provide comprehensive care to your patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carefully monitoring and treating premature babies and those with birth defects
- Developing individualized treatment plans for each patient
- Collaborating with our transport team to ensure timely and safe transfers of critically ill patients
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in neonatology
- At least 5 years of experience in a NICU setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care
