About Our PracticePacific Companies, Inc. is a private practice group of 5 family medicine physicians serving the suburban community of Northern California. With over 35 years of experience, our established medical practice has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality patient care.
We are conveniently located near all that Northern California has to offer, including San Francisco and the Bay Area, Yosemite, Napa Valley, Sacramento, Tahoe, and the coast. Enjoy a suburban lifestyle with a cost of living at least 50% lower than the Bay Area.
Our office is faith-based and community-oriented, offering opportunities for involvement and growth. On-site practice administrators manage day-to-day operations, allowing you to focus on patient care.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, with first-year income guarantee and benefits. You will earn up to 75% of MGMA rates for 100% outpatient care. Additionally, we provide stipends for residents, loan repayment, and a sign-on bonus.
Average annual salary: $250,000 - $300,000 based on experience
Job DescriptionThis is an outpatient-only position with a 4-day workweek, featuring a 1:5 shared phone call schedule. You will have opportunities for additional income through partnership options and bonuses.
As a family medicine physician with our practice, you will:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a well-established practice
- Enjoy a 4-day workweek with flexible scheduling
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives
- Collaborate with experienced PAs and MAs to deliver comprehensive care
Our office is located in a beautiful suburban area, just 90 minutes from the Bay Area. Enjoy easy access to outdoor activities, shopping centers, and world-class ski resorts like Squaw Valley.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this opportunity, you must be a board-certified or board-eligible family medicine physician with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
