Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sophisticated A/V solutions.
  • Deliver expert Tier 4 troubleshooting support for all integrated A/V systems across enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in engineering advanced A/V solutions.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in providing expert Tier 4 troubleshooting support.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the design and integration of A/V systems infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with technologies and solutions such as Crestron control room systems, Cisco Networking, Dante Audio, and A/V switching equipment.
  • Crestron certifications and CTS/CTS-I/CTS-D certifications are preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for the installation and/or troubleshooting of A/V systems as required.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills and strong organizational capabilities.
