About the Role:
Universal Health Services, a leading provider of hospital and healthcare services, is seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Hermitage Hall, a psychiatric residential treatment center for children and youth in Middle Tennessee. This rewarding role requires a dedicated individual to provide care and supervision to clients, while contributing to the development and implementation of their behavioral programs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in the development and implementation of clients' behavioral programs
* Provide close supervision and monitoring of facility clients, ensuring their safety and security
* Stimulate clients' interest and cooperation in various individual and group activities and programs
* Prepare for and facilitate psychoeducational groups and document resident progress as directed
