">This role at Ellie Mental Health is a Licensed Outpatient Children's Mental Health Therapist position based in Nashville West. The successful candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to children and families while thriving in a dynamic environment that values authenticity, compassion, and creativity.
About the Role
">We are seeking a dedicated and licensed therapist to join our team in Nashville West. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating treatment plans, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
">- Evaluate mental health diagnosis and develop effective treatment plans for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals and make meaningful progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and submit individual session reports as per company guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
Requirements and Qualifications
">- Candidates must hold a master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution and be on track to obtain licensure in their designated field.
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, etc.) is required.
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes is essential.
- Previous work experience with children and families, particularly with play interventions, is highly valued.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role.
- The ability to demonstrate stable boundaries and model them for clients is crucial.
- Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience preferred) is beneficial.
- Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
