Job Summary

Valencor LLC is seeking a highly skilled C5ISR Mission Partner Environment (MPE) Analyst to provide senior programmatic, operational, and technical analysis and support to a US Air Force customer for employment of secure Mission Partner information sharing capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have 15 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 10 years of experience with a Master's or PhD in a related field. Direct experience providing technical support to C5ISR systems engineering, data architecture, cybersecurity, and/or software engineering is required.

The selected candidate will assess technical, security, operational, and policy risks impacting secure Coalition data sharing and recommend mitigation actions. They will also provide knowledge management and analysis of C5ISR systems and information sharing capabilities in support of customer initiatives and projects.

The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, agile team supporting continuous learning and process improvements. They will use data analytics tools and techniques to support work product development and operate as part of a team that delivers secure and scalable data solutions to enable the agility, interoperability, and resiliency in Cyberspace required for C2ISR in the Information Age.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess technical, security, operational, and policy risks impacting secure Coalition data sharing and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Provide knowledge management and analysis of C5ISR systems and information sharing capabilities in support of customer initiatives and projects.
  • Develop and present data products in support of customer efforts, to include MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and DoDAF systems engineering artifacts.
  • Develop courses of action to address MPE capability needs, mitigate risks, and optimize MPE capability portfolio.
  • Assess and track Coalition information sharing activities, issues, risks, and action items in support of customer stakeholder forums (Integrated Planning Teams, Tiger Teams, Working Groups, etc.).

Requirements:

  • 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 10 years relevant experience with Masters/PhD/JD in related field
  • 5 years direct experience providing technical support to one or more of the following areas: C5ISR systems engineering, data architecture, cybersecurity, and/or software engineering.
  • Combatant Command/Service interoperability initiatives with NATO and/or Coalition partners to include Federated Mission Networking Spiral Specifications.
  • Experience developing or implementing DoD cybersecurity and data standards and policy in C5ISR systems and/or Coalition networks.
  • This position requires you to possess and maintain an active TS clearance and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance, issued by the US Government. Security clearances may only be granted to US citizens.
