Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Architect to join our team. As a key member of our architecture department, you will be responsible for conceiving, designing, and preparing working drawings for new or modified structures. Your expertise will be essential in performing complex problem-solving tasks, supervising design and technical development, and collaborating with project managers to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare working drawings for new or modified structures
  • Perform complex problem-solving tasks and provide technical expertise
  • Supervise design and technical development of projects
  • Prepare project budget scenarios and track hours spent on projects
  • Collaborate with project managers to define productivity and profit goals
  • Develop effective client relationships and work with contractors to price, bid, and construct projects
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience (completion of a master's degree in a related field may be substituted for one year of experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in REVIT
  • Demonstrated progress toward becoming a Registered Architect
