Job Overview

Flood and Fire Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Restoration Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and manage restoration projects, utilizing Xactimate and other tools to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of services.
  • Sell and close restoration projects, maintaining a high close rate and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and crews, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Collect and manage project payments, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the restoration industry, with a focus on mitigation and project management.
  • Proven experience in creating estimates and managing restoration projects, with a strong understanding of Xactimate and other industry tools.
  • Certifications in Xactimate, Matterport, Encircle, and other relevant restoration-related tools and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction or a related field, or equivalent experience.
