Position Overview: The primary objective of this role is to deliver prompt and courteous service to all guests while optimizing room revenue during the Night Audit shift. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, identifying discrepancies, and generating supporting documentation. Additionally, this role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries regarding accommodations and rates, and fulfilling guest requests.
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED; previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work overnight shifts.
