KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, particularly in multi-unit operations with a focus on digital and brand development.
  • Experience in senior living or hospitality sectors is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to design optimal digital customer journeys.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in stakeholder engagement and brand management.
  • Successful track record in managing diverse marketing channels in a multi-unit context.
  • Established relationships with executive leadership, including CEO, COO, and CFO.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that achieve or exceed objectives.
  • Disciplined in measuring performance against success criteria and ROI.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
