We are seeking an exceptional RN to join our interdisciplinary hospice team, providing direct healthcare services to patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes. As a seasoned nursing professional, you will demonstrate independent clinical expertise throughout the care process.

This role requires collaboration with other team members to ensure quality patient care and enhance the quality of life for those nearing the end of life. With a focus on managing patient plans of care, this position demands a graduate degree from a school of nursing and a Washington State Registered Nurse License upon hire. Additionally, Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of employment.

Our ideal candidate will possess at least two years of nursing experience, with a preference for one year or more in hospice, home health, skilled nursing facilities, medical/surgical, or oncology settings.
