Detailed Job Description
- Provide individualized care and support services to patients in need
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure patient safety and well-being by maintaining a clean and comfortable environment
- Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Prerequisites
- Active certification as a nursing assistant in Washington State
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant program or equivalent training
- At least one year of prior experience working in a hospice or healthcare setting
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
