We are seeking a skilled Bonds and Surety Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing underwriting files, requesting updates, and issuing bonds. They will also assist with marketing, collections, and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare underwriting files for new accounts and request updates for existing accounts
- Issue bid, performance, and maintenance bonds, as well as renewals, cancellations, endorsements, and billings
- Assist with marketing and speaking with underwriters to secure new business
- Help other team members with placement of miscellaneous bonds and underwriting information
- Check for accuracy of bonds' invoices and endorsements
- Assist with collections of premiums and return premiums
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry
- P&C License
