About the Role

Creative Financial Staffing is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to find a seasoned professional to lead their accounting and taxation departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee corporate accounting, income tax, and financial functions to ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
  • Monitor and minimize corporate tax liabilities while providing financial information and tax research to support business decisions.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports for top management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the accounting and taxation departments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of federal and state tax returns.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting and/or taxation.
  • Proven track record of managing accounting and taxation departments.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • BA or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
