Russell Tobin is seeking a highly skilled Security Program Manager to join our team. As a Security Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Sr Regional Security Manager for the US&C Security Team with general project management and administrative tasks, as well as on-site security for all of the company's sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update necessary tracking systems to ensure that project and/or program status is maintained with complete accuracy.
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored.
  • Manage team documentation and ensure all are up-to-date and accurate in collaboration with the Program Management Team.
  • Support training and other initiatives by assisting with the development of decks, communications, and delivery thereof.
  • Help coordinate response and incident management to address threats toward company staff, assets, and operations.
  • Educate key stakeholders on security principles and implementation.
  • Implement the Physical Security strategy in your region in alignment with the business goals.
  • Implement processes to define performance metrics – use data to make decisions.
  • Maintain strong relationships and effective communication across all regional business operations. Develop strong relationships with local law enforcement agencies as well as private sector peers.
  • Develop security awareness and education programs and materials and deliver in-person, on-site training.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of corporate physical security operations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively to a broad audience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Google Suite. Advanced proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets, as well as Google Slides.
  • Ability to function independently with moderate supervision; awareness of when to engage other colleagues.
  • A collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workloads.
  • Enjoys creative problem-solving and developing new, efficient, and effective processes.
