We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Coordinator Rapid Response Team RN to join our team at John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our Rapid Response Team, you will be responsible for responding to urgent patient needs and assisting nursing staff in acute situations.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to urgent patient needs and assist nursing staff in acute situations.
- Provide high-quality patient care and ensure the safe delivery of care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Current RN license and BSN or related field degree.
- Minimum of three years RN experience, with two years in critical care or emergency room settings.
- Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
