Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets patients and escorts them to the exam room, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Directs patients to the front desk for checkout and ensures all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Maintains a clean and organized exam room, preparing it for patients and ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
  • Cleans and autoclaves instruments, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Scans and records patient information, including vital signs and medical history.
  • Assists with clinical procedures, including preparing injections and pulling up patient records.
  • Provides exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborates with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient flow.
  • Participates in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Active and valid BOC and FL ATC licensure.
  • 2+ years of healthcare experience, with a focus on clinical support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
