We are currently seeking a Licensed Psychological Assessor to join our vibrant community. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver ethical and professional assessment services to clients;

  • Complete clinical documentation and administrative tasks punctually;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance client care;
  • Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards;
  • Maintain an active and unrestricted license.
Required Qualifications:
  • Doctoral degree in counseling or clinical psychology;
  • Active and unrestricted license in the State of Washington;
  • Experience in conducting neuropsychological assessments, including ADHD, Autism, and IQ testing;
  • Proven ability to provide mental health services to clients from varied backgrounds;
  • Commitment to continuous learning, particularly regarding biases and limitations;
  • Access to necessary resources for providing virtual services;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, attention to detail, flexibility, and proactivity.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluency in a language other than English;
  • Experience in delivering clinical services in a non-English language;
  • Experience in providing assessment services to children and adolescents;
  • More than two years of post-graduate clinical experience;
  • In-depth understanding of intersectional identities and cultural diversities;
  • Demonstrated characteristics of honesty, humility, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary based on caseload, ranging from $65,000 to $125,000 annually. Our benefits include:
