Job Title: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans.
  • Respond to client crises by providing immediate support and developing safety plans.
  • Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and state regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records according to department policy.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Active Washington state licensure as LICSW.
  • 2+ years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Familiarity with community resources and support services.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
