Oiselle, a Seattle-based women's athletic apparel company, is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to drive business impact. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand equity and sales growth.

Position Overview

The Marketing Director will oversee all aspects of marketing, including strategy, results, and project management. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience with direct-to-consumer businesses, and a passion for women's sports. You will be accountable for driving business impact, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Annual Marketing Calendar: Develop a comprehensive annual marketing calendar with the CEO, Senior eCommerce Manager, and Creative Director to meet business needs and drive impact.
  • Monthly Content Strategy & Positioning: Author and implement monthly content strategy plans to inform marketing channel and creative production tactics, needs, and resourcing.
  • Marketing Program Leadership: Grow brand sales, awareness, and loyalty via Oiselle marketing channels, manage program managers, and provide vision, leadership, and mentorship to the team.
  • Business Impact: Prioritize business impact and results over activity, collaborate with marketing and creative teams to optimize content and channel strategies, and ensure accountability and efficiency.
