Job Title: Automotive Service Writer - 2nd Shift Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Writer to join our team in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers, coordinating vehicle service and repair, and utilizing our FMIS system to manage customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Coordinate vehicle service and repair with our team of technicians
  • Utilize our FMIS system to manage customer interactions and track vehicle maintenance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years' experience as an Automotive Service Writer
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
