Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician to become a vital part of our dynamic team. This role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, providing an opportunity for personal and professional development within a thriving organization.
The ideal candidate will be dependable and possess a strong work ethic, contributing to the assembly of high-quality packaging systems for some of the most recognized brands globally. Our team is dedicated to excellence, and you will receive hands-on training from an experienced mentor to ensure your success.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret assembly drawings, specifications, and instructions to organize work efficiently.
- Assemble machine components as per customer specifications.
- Execute assembly tasks with precision, working with various mechanical parts including rotating shafts and gear trains.
- Utilize measuring tools to ensure alignment and detect any discrepancies.
- Identify and report defective materials or operational issues to supervisors for prompt resolution.
- Complete necessary documentation to uphold quality and production standards.
- Engage in team meetings to address and resolve cost, quality, or production challenges.
- Adhere to established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
