Hyundai, a premier name in the automotive industry, is on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-oriented Automotive Service Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be tasked with supporting customers with their vehicle service requirements, from appointment scheduling to vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities, a commitment to customer service, and a desire to advance within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage repair orders and the flow of the service area, ensuring customers receive timely, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take charge of the customer experience by executing additional tasks that ensure a positive impression of the dealership.
  • Provide comprehensive support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure no customer is overlooked.
  • Ensure that the daily technician time is effectively allocated to service customers.
  • Distribute tasks among technicians efficiently.
  • Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company benchmarks.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues; order necessary parts and tools.
  • Oversee warranty claims administration and provide training and supervision for the service department.
  • Reinforce company policies and adhere to established standards.
  • Encourage compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive working relationship with manufacturers and promote healthy employee relations.
