Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the maintenance efforts across our properties, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
  • Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections, ensuring that preventive maintenance is performed regularly.
  • Step in to perform maintenance tasks as needed, offering guidance and expertise on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
  • Track maintenance performance metrics, manage budgets, and optimize operations to minimize downtime and costs.
Requirements
  • Leadership experience in a maintenance or facilities role, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with management, residents, and other stakeholders.
  • Diligence in ensuring that all tasks are completed thoroughly and to the highest standard.
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
