Position Overview

Hidden Treasures ABA Therapy Services is dedicated to delivering exceptional in-home support for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Role Summary...

As a Behavioral Analysis Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of children and their families through the coordination and delivery of ABA services. This includes conducting functional assessments, implementing behavior modification strategies, and overseeing the professional development of pre-licensed clinicians and behavior technicians.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Functional Behavioral Assessments:
    Engage with parents or primary caregivers to schedule assessments, gather essential information through checklists, and conduct observations in various environments to compile comprehensive assessment reports.
  • Client Supervision:
    Design and manage individualized treatment plans, train caretakers, and monitor the progress of behavior technicians to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
  • Pre-Licensed Staff Oversight:
    Mentor and evaluate the performance of pre-licensed staff, review their assessments and reports, and provide necessary resources for their professional growth.
  • Additional Duties:
    Participate in staff meetings, engage in ongoing training, and contribute to the overall development of the clinical team.

Qualifications...

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the BACB.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • CPR Certification and compliance with health safety protocols.
