**Job Overview**

As a Demand Generation Specialist for our Public Administration team, you will play a critical role in uncovering new opportunities and establishing meaningful relationships with public stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with our PA sales team and account executives to identify net new prospects, understanding their pain points, technology initiatives, and purchasing timelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Partner with Public Administration Account Executives to discover and qualify new business opportunities for our Core PA products.

* Develop and execute territory strategy meetings with your assigned Account Executives, ensuring seamless alignment and goal achievement.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership, to refine our messaging and target audience.

* Participate in planning and executing business development strategies, supporting the creation and execution of marketing and BDR campaigns.

* Conduct thorough research to understand the Total Addressable Market (TAM) within each territory.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

**Must-Haves:**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

* 0-2 years of experience in a related field.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

* Strong understanding of CentralSquare's mission, values, and products.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, coachable, driven, and hard-working individual.

* Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Nice-to-Haves:**

* Experience with Salesforce Lightning.

* Previous public sector experience.

* Understanding of public sector procurement vehicles and the RFP process.

**Compensation Package:** We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
