Foster Care Specialist

KVC Health Systems is seeking a skilled Licensing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment and licensing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our foster care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of potential foster families and Extended Family Homes (EFHs) to determine their suitability for providing foster care services.
- Prepare and process licensing paperwork for initial and renewal applications.
- Collaborate with recruiters, TIPS-MAPP/DT leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient credentialing and licensing process.
- Recruit and retain high-quality foster families and EFHs through community outreach and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and track progress throughout the credentialing and licensing process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in home assessment and licensing.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
