Job Purpose

The New Model Business Project Leader is responsible for managing all New Model Development Purchasing activities for ATV/SxS/PE products, achieving quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute maker layout settings, tooling, part delivery, BOM creation, and cost evaluations for assigned new model projects.
  • Ensure clear and concise new model objectives and targets for PSP Manufacturing and Purchasing divisions.
  • Manage purchasing project schedules, coordinate tasks, lead project meetings, and prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Communicate purchasing directions and project results to management, executives, and SEDB team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 3+ years of project leadership experience, preferably in PSP manufacturing, quality, or purchasing functions.
