Responsibilities

Your role will include:

  • Welcoming guests and providing a warm reception upon their arrival
  • Ensuring all guests feel at ease and know you are there to assist them
  • Recognizing regular guests by name and understanding their preferences
  • During busy times, noting guests' names and party sizes, offering estimated wait times, and seating them promptly as tables become available
  • Seating guests according to their preferences while managing customer flow effectively
  • Presenting menus to guests upon seating; ensuring tables meet our cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Thanking guests upon their departure and encouraging their return
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will be:
Individuals who enjoy creating a friendly environment and providing excellent service. Previous experience in customer service or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential, and comfort with technology is required. In our fast-paced setting, the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, if necessary, is important.
