Remote Regional Sales Manager/Business Development Opportunity

Gpac, an award-winning search firm, is partnering with a family-owned and operated steel fabricator to find a highly skilled Business Development Manager to operate as their regional sales manager for the North East region.

The ideal candidate will be located in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania and have established relationships with fabricators, erectors, and general contractors throughout the steel industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed $25 million in annual sales
  • Negotiate scopes and contracts with clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major national and regional contractors and erection subcontractors
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and estimating for a structural steel fabricator
  • Expertise in pricing structural steel work
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
