Key Responsibilities
  • Lead packaging projects from inception to commercialization, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of packaging solutions.
  • Design and develop packaging materials and manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements.
  • Author and maintain technical documents, including protocols, reports, specifications, and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless packaging operations and on-time readiness for product launches.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with 10+ years of experience in packaging engineering.
  • Proven experience in packaging equipment, serialization, and pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and English, with ability to write and speak fluently.
