We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Engineer to join our team at QRC Group, LLC. As a key member of our packaging operations, you will be responsible for leading packaging projects from inception to commercialization, including packaging material design, manufacturing processes, and supporting qualification activities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead packaging projects from inception to commercialization, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of packaging solutions.
- Design and develop packaging materials and manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements.
- Author and maintain technical documents, including protocols, reports, specifications, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless packaging operations and on-time readiness for product launches.
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with 10+ years of experience in packaging engineering.
- Proven experience in packaging equipment, serialization, and pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English, with ability to write and speak fluently.
