Patient Care Technician Float Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Float Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Float Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis center.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Conduct routine checks on patients, including vital signs and dialysis machine setup
- Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in dialysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
