About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mechanic to join our team at All Pro Alaska. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, performing routine maintenance tasks on various equipment.

About the Position:

  • As a mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine services on equipment, including inspections, lubrication, and repairs.
  • You will also be required to make repair recommendations based on regular maintenance checks.
  • Additionally, you will need to order parts or travel locally to obtain necessary components for repairs.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with vehicles, equipment, or repair-related roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine services on equipment, including inspections, lubrication, and repairs.
  • Based on routine maintenance, make repair recommendations to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
  • Order parts or travel locally to obtain necessary components for repairs.
  • Perform minor to mid-level repairs on machines, using industry-standard tools and techniques.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role or related field.
  • A set of basic mechanics tools or a willingness to invest in a toolset prior to starting the job.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete each task assigned thoroughly, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Salary and Benefits:
