- Completes appointment scheduling in an efficient and detailed manner for our Design Consultants, utilizing the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM).
- Responds to client inquiries and concerns, directing issues to management as needed while working collaboratively with designers and the management team to resolve issues.
- Serves as the first point of contact for clients visiting our showroom, including greeting clients, signing guestbooks, and offering refreshments as necessary.
- Maintains the showroom's cleanliness and organization, adhering to the maintenance and cleanliness checklist.
- Provides customer communication support for installations, confirmations, and return visits, working closely with the Centralized Scheduling team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
