The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional brand experience to our clients. As a key member of the California Closets CCO team, the CSC is responsible for providing top-notch customer service while ensuring efficient and detailed appointment scheduling through various channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Completes appointment scheduling in an efficient and detailed manner for our Design Consultants, utilizing the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM).
  2. Responds to client inquiries and concerns, directing issues to management as needed while working collaboratively with designers and the management team to resolve issues.
  3. Serves as the first point of contact for clients visiting our showroom, including greeting clients, signing guestbooks, and offering refreshments as necessary.
  4. Maintains the showroom's cleanliness and organization, adhering to the maintenance and cleanliness checklist.
  5. Provides customer communication support for installations, confirmations, and return visits, working closely with the Centralized Scheduling team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
