Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bowling Facility Operations Manager to join our team at Stars and Strikes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Tournament and Event Preparation: Oversee the preparation of bowling areas, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and ready for events.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain equipment and supplies to ensure they are in good working condition, meeting safety standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints efficiently, investigating issues and providing suitable solutions.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of bowling staff, focusing on excellent customer service and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Assist with facility maintenance, including equipment servicing, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer service and team management.
