We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Kelly Services. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and managing accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Accounts Payable Processing: Receive, review, and process incoming invoices, check requests, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Vendor Management: Distribute invoices for service center review, print and maintain A/P reports and vendor files, and ensure that completed W-9's are obtained for all non-employee compensations.
- Reconciliation and Research: Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies, and post credit/debit memos promptly.
- Customer Service: Respond to all vendor inquiries and provide superior customer service for all vendors and employees.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and provide support as needed.
- Education: Associate Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1-2 years of accounts payable experience.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, and experience with high-volume situations.
