Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team at NovaWorks Solutions. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience for all customers
• Accurately process cash transactions and maintain a clean and organized cash register area
• Support store management by taking on substitute responsibilities as needed
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

Requirements:

• Commercial apprenticeship or professional experience in retail, preferably with a focus on customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and Saturdays
• Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
