Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Della Infotech. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for coordinating and participating in all computerized tomography scanning procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and monitor computerized tomography equipment for diagnostic purposes, ensuring accurate and safe patient positioning.
  • Provide required patient identification and obtain vital information, including known allergies and medical history.
  • Prepare and inject contrast media intravenously as needed, following protocolled procedures.
  • Develop and record images for permanent patient files, maintaining high image quality and adhering to department guidelines.
  • Organize daily patient schedules and maintain a clean and organized working environment.
  • Assist with emergency medical situations, including providing basic CPR, and ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other physician specialists to perform specialized radiological procedures.
  • Review and record patient history and clinical data to aid in diagnosis.
  • Participate in quality assessments and continuous quality improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in computed tomography or a related field.
  • Phillips experience is required.
  • Traveler experience is preferred.
  • Michigan license verification is required for nurses.
  • Certifications: BLS, ARRT.
Work Schedule

Weekend requirements: every other weekend. On-call requirements: possible.
