As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical direction and assistance to customers on the use of our product lines. You will also be responsible for maintaining key communication with manufacturing and engineering teams at customer sites, troubleshooting and resolving painting issues, and gathering data and material samples for analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical direction and assistance to customers on the use of our product lines
• Maintain key communication with manufacturing and engineering teams at customer sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve painting issues and problems
• Gather data and material samples for analysis and reporting
• Assist customers in overcoming line problems
• Support monthly plant quality reports for customers
• Make recommendations regarding specification ranges and quality ranges
• Assist with customer demand forecast, on-site inventory, and product orders

Requirements:
• High School diploma required, additional education/college degree in Engineering/Technical field preferred
• At least 3 years of automotive coatings application and/or automotive coatings manufacturing experience
• Experience with automotive painting equipment highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications preferred
