CenterWell Home Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Market Executive to drive clinical quality and regulatory metrics in assigned markets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coaching frontline clinical managers and staff on improving care delivery and documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Drive improvement in clinical quality and regulatory metrics in assigned branches through coaching and mentoring.
- Implement and monitor clinical performance of advanced clinical care programs in assigned branches.
- Regularly monitor quality metrics for assigned Market and report key insights to senior leadership.
- Conduct survey audits to prepare for official surveys and support locations through the survey process.
- Engage with branch leadership and clinicians to influence changes in day-to-day clinical activities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Clinical licensure in the assigned geography (Nursing or Therapy).
- Previous experience in branch leadership (Branch Director/Administrator or Clinical Manager) preferred.
- Knowledge of HCHB preferred.
CenterWell Home Health offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $102,200 - $140,700 per year, plus a bonus incentive plan. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) retirement savings plan, time off, and more.
