Job Summary

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Ocean Pointe, a 200-unit market-rate apartment community in Stuart, FL. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for showcasing the property to prospects, converting them to qualified residents, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to prospect calls, walk-in visits, and internet inquiries in a professional manner
  • Promote the apartment community in a positive light and showcase its amenities and features
  • Maintain and follow up on leasing and application paperwork
  • Record traffic in Yardi and perform marketing and outreach for the property

Qualifications

  • Previous leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
  • Yardi software experience preferred
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
