Job Summary

The Leasing Consultant is a key member of our sales and customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional service to residents and prospective customers. This role requires a strong sales and customer service background, with a focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sell property benefits and lease units to prospective customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collect and process lease paperwork, fees, and deposits, ensuring accurate and timely completion of leasing functions.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident and leasing information, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, sharing best practices and providing support as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience, with a focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of property management software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
