Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at International Paper. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant equipment and systems to ensure optimal production and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using technical manuals and diagnostic tools
  • Perform fabrication and welding tasks as needed
  • Read and interpret technical manuals and prints
  • Collaborate with maintenance team members to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
