  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Use various physical senses to perform job assignments and ensure a safe working environment
  • Read prints and manuals to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Lubricate and clean parts to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Attend meetings and participate in individual and team initiatives to improve maintenance processes
  • Use computer-based programs to track work, time, and inventories

Requirements:

  • Industrial maintenance experience in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Manufacturing maintenance experience in troubleshooting and repair of equipment in a high-volume, continuous-run environment
  • Ability to read prints and manuals to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
