Respiratory Therapist

Williamson Health is seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for performing cardiopulmonary and neurological diagnostic studies and providing pulmonary therapeutic modalities for assigned inpatients and outpatients.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments on patients to identify problems and needs
- Plan and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Administer and document medications and patient responses according to established procedures
- Reassess patient conditions, evaluate responses, and communicate with the care team as necessary
- Provide patient education and discharge planning as appropriate
- Maintain a healing and therapeutic environment for patients and families
- Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies
- Initiate and maintain adjunct airways and edited orders
- Facilitate staff development and training
- Earned a Cardio Respiratory Care diploma or degree from a college or university
- Registered/Certified by the NBRC or 1 year of Respiratory Care experience
- Tennessee State license with ABG endorsed
- NRP, PALS, ACLS certified within 6 months of hire
- BLS within 90 days of hire
